What are the Embodied Brand Coaching path options?
After our discovery call we will begin with one of the Embodied Brand Coaching options in which we’ll be having weekly 90 minutes Zoom or Skype video chat meetings.

We will choose between diverse options and find the best fit for you and your needs. We can explore the Empowerment Sessions: A week long 1:1 journey to find clarity and focus with specific brand questions you might have. We will use embodiment as our ally, leaning into somatic work and movement meditations.

Or the much loved Deep Alignment Journey: 3 month 1:1 embodied journey with deep, nurturing and focused brand coaching sessions & unique strategies designed just for you. We go deep and journey through the roots, trunk and branches of your project. Bonus? your beautiful new logo included.

What is Embodiment and why do I use it?
In my Brand coaching sessions I always apply a little bit of guided movement and embodiment to access deep information and unblock any negative beliefs that might be blocking our visibility and expansion.

Why do I believe this is crucial in any branding journey?
While the mind is a wonderful thing, many times we let ourselves be run by our “monkey mind” where a constant chatter or negative beliefs and doubts run the show.
By accessing our natural movement, we access a deeper inner listening and body wisdom. We move through acceptance and action in an aligned way to empower our brand.

Visibility often can be quite challenging and finding a supportive practice that offers you freedom and trust is crucial. When the body reclaims it’s natural movement we step into our own inner authority and this brings a deeper trust in ourselves and our choices, empowering our business choices as well and our branding process.
